Four-storey public atrium with an Alba Statuario ventilated façade and 18,000 m² of high-traffic Dune Stone flooring.
The atrium receives overhead light through skylights running its entire length. The 6 mm Alba Statuario slabs, anchored in a ventilated façade system, reflect that light towards the walkways.
Dune Stone flooring in 120×120 cm was selected for its abrasion resistance and R10 class in the natural finish, suitable for more than 4,000 people a day.
The building's 80 washrooms were fitted with rimless Forma toilets and Aria cisterns with matte black flush plates.

Warm white with a soft grey vein, dawn light. Slab with a warm white ground and diffuse grey veins reminiscent of classic statuario marbles without their fragility. Ideal for master bathrooms, atria and bright kitchens where the slab must reflect light without glare.
Limestone relief with sand ripples, R11 anti-slip. Micro-textured porcelain reproducing wind-eroded limestone. Its tactile relief reaches R11 class for pool edges, spas and high-traffic lobbies without giving up the warmth of the sand tone.
Rimless, vortex flush and slimline seat. Rimless wall-hung toilet in high-density vitreous china. The vortex flush cleans the entire bowl with 4.5 litres, the slimline soft-close seat is removed without tools and the fixing is completely concealed.
Self-supporting frame and metal flush plate in three finishes. Concealed cistern system with a 1,150 mm self-supporting frame, adjustable dual flush and a brass flush plate in brushed bronze, matte black or white. All components are accessible from the plate without opening the wall.
